Little Doll

confessor 1200pxLooks at the sado-masochistic, or at the very least, co-dependent ways that we treat each other. We chain ourselves to each other and to our ideas of each other, effectively shutting down any ability to be present and to really give to one another. It is almost as if we are playing dress up doll—forgetting the other's humanity. We endure these projections out of fear and insecurity and the desire to be accepted and loved.

Lyrics

I dress you undress you
Pick you up put you down
Leave you lying around
You're my little doll

I create you, contemplate you
Bring you up, kick you down
Then I don't come around
You're my little doll

CHORUS

Little doll
What do you do for me?
You play my game, you have no shame
You play my fantasy

One day you, pick your head up
Put your feet, on the ground
Try and make your way around
But when you're lost I am found...
Oh my love knows no bounds

CHORUS

Little doll, little doll
What do you do for me?
You play my game, you have no shame
You play my fantasy
Little doll, little doll
What do you do for me?
You make me feel, you let me heal
Never want me to be free

Little doll
You're my little doll
