The Queen of Alone is ready for the Ball...But wait.. how do you go to the Ball and remain alone?
That is a very good question.
So yes, we've just finished another video (yes another video), and will be Premiering it at Myth Masque on June 9.
Queen of Alone explores the archetype of alone, isolation and unrequited love.
It is a beautiful piece with photography by Jean Renard, video by Allyson Laquain, http://vimeo.com/user688559, and edited again by boy wonder Logan Heftel, http://loganheftel.com/ Jean's photography features castles all throughout Europe, including a crumbling Knight's Templar fortress.
The extraordinarily magical image was created by Jeffrey Fetzer, and Marika Soderlund-Robison, costume designer/stylist.
Far fewer credits on this piece, as it doesn't take many to make one feel alone, lol.
We have another beautiful show coming up this Saturday in preparation for the set at the Ball.
An have I mentioned my talented guest vocalist?
Joseph Newhouse, who is lending his background vocals to the Esza Kaye show, has a soulful retro-harmonic band called Windows to Sky. http://www.windowstosky.com/. His upcoming show, Tales of the Extraordinary at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, is a 1920's radio serial style comedy with live music by the band, and a wonderful chance to go see him. There are three dates in June-- see http://www.windowstosky.com/ for all the details.
What can I do about all this you ask?
Go to http://www.mythmasque.com/ and get some tickets!
Go to Facebook and like eszakaye

Hope to see you on June 9!
Much love and mischief,
Esza
